Nox’s Bayou is a poisonous, half-settled swamp of uneven ground, noxious deep water, and unfriendly flora and fauna. The locals keep reporting an enormous predator lurking in the murk, and the region’s failing Spark Generator keeps it shrouded until you set it right. It’s the area most guides recommend second, after Queensbury Crypt.
The bayou sits to the southwest. From Ossex, head west through Western Wilds and its Occupied Bridge, then down into Backwaters: Shanty Swamp — a swampy lead-in with its own train station and the frog side-quest area. To reach the bayou proper you paddle a boat out of town into the water.

Mirror and the frog band
Past the Mock Moon fight, the Moonlit Path / Western Edge holds one of the world’s mirrors. To get there, take the southwest exit in Big Lagoon after turning the ground into water, then climb. Holding the walk button into it teleports you to Mirror’s End in the Astral Orrery.
After you’ve beaten the Nox Beast, a frog-band side quest opens up via a shortcut behind a waterfall. Finishing it awards the Tumbling Tutu trinket and threads back to the Willis secret boss in Ossex’s Bowery music hall.
